An immersive sound experience designed to help the body reconnect with its natural state of coherence.
Through breath, vocal toning, and intuitive sound, we create a gentle field of vibration that invites the nervous system to soften and recalibrate.
Rather than simply receiving sound, you are invited into a somatic exploration where breath, voice, and resonance become tools for grounding, release, and reconnection.
This work is not therapy or counseling. I do not diagnose mental health conditions. These offerings are educational and experiential in nature.

Kristen was my therapist in 2024 and I will be forever grateful that our paths crossed!
