For a long time, I moved through the world believing that life was something to be managed, and that my emotions were problems to be solved. The practice of sitting in stillness shifted something in me. I didn’t "learn" something new; instead, I remembered.
In a single, profound moment of meditation, I felt a wave of self-love that I hadn’t known was possible. I recognized, for the first time, that I wasn’t a separate entity struggling against the world, but a deeply connected part of it. My heart opened, and the limitations I had placed on my life began to dissolve.
What I realized then—and what guides my work now—is that we aren’t here to be "fixed." We are here to experience the full, vibrant range of being human.
I’ve come to see that no emotion is inherently good or bad; they are all simply experiences we chose to have in this human form. When we stop labeling our pain as "wrong" and start meeting it with presence, we reclaim our power. We remember that our perspective is the lens through which we create our reality.
This is the heart of my work: helping you remember that you are more powerful than you have been conditioned to believe.
Though I could be considered a coach, I prefer to be referred to as a Remembering Guide.
One of my deepest gifts as a space-holder is the clarity with which I see the people before me. When you share your dreams or your struggles, I don’t see a person who needs to be fixed—I see your highest potential as a vivid, living reality.
I am here to hold up that mirror for you, reflecting your most vibrant self back to you until you remember it in your own felt truth. I hold the vision while you find the courage to step into it.
